Clinical Pilates

Stage 1

Initial Assessment
Conducted by a Physiotherapist, the initial assessment offers you a comprehensive musculoskeletal screening assessment and identifies problem areas and goals for rehabilitation. The assessment will include a review of any x-rays/scans and consideration of your previous history. This ensures the best possible Clinical Pilates program to be tailored to your individual needs… and thus distinguishes the difference between “pilates” and Clinical Pilates!

Stage 2

One-on-One Sessions
Provides an introduction to the Clinical Pilates program. 30-40 minute intensive one on one instruction. The program is delivered under the guidance of a Physiotherapist to ensure correct technique and maximum comfort.

Minimum of 2 sessions required.

Stage 3

Combined Session

(1 – 3 participants with individual programs)

In Stage 3, a gradual progression of exercises takes you to an advanced level. All exercises are specific to the needs of your body, with toning and fitness components also being introduced.
